About this ECIS Studio session
We’ll discuss how the 4C’s of Confidence, Collaboration, Creativity and Compassion can lead to high performance at school, access to the most prestigious universities, success in the professions and global organisations.
Objectives
Participants will be able to explain: 1) How the development of behaviours and competencies are changing how universities and leading employers are thinking about success. 2) How pressure is being applied at policy level to move from exam based curricula to competency based learning 3) The most impactful ways to develop behaviours. 4) Describe how the approaches used at leading performing arts schools can have the most dramatic and sustained impact on learning.
