What words spring to mind for you when you hear the word change? If you had to draw change, what would it look like in your context? What does the research and literature tell us about successful change?
We know that people respond differently to change. We also know that change is the one constant in education. As a middle leader, you need to navigate both challenge and change with confidence, competence, calm and humility.
