ECIS and The International Teaching Partnership (ITP) are pleased to offer the international school community an opportunity to attend our 2021 Virtual Job Fair taking place on January 8th-10th.
With traditional fairs, there are often several reoccurring issues that just can’t be overcome such as, bringing worldwide talent to one physical location and the considerable cost of attending such events.
COVID-19 has impacted the arena for International School recruitment and traditional recruitment fairs are unlikely to play a part in this year’s recruitment cycle, possibly changing the landscape forever. The ECIS and ITP Virtual Recruitment Fair will therefore, play a key role in supporting ECIS members and the wider international school community for talent in 2021 academic year.
Candidate attendance to the event will be strictly by request only and their experience will reflect the different types of international curriculums on offer internationally (IB, Cambridge International, Pearson and other UK and US Curriculum).
Prior to the event, The International Teaching Partnership will qualify teachers and make relevant introductions to schools that have specific vacancies that would be a ‘perfect match’. During the event, school hiring managers and job seekers will be able to connect via video in real-time. These connections can be facilitated in a variety of ways including, introductions from The International Teaching Partnership based on accessing candidates via the candidate directory and candidates proactively applying for open vacancies.
Schools and candidates attending this exciting event will be able to log on from any geographical location or indeed device, all you will need is a reliable internet connection.
