9th June 2020, 14:00 – 15:00 BST
David Harkin, CEO of 7billionideas, will position why he believes that an entrepreneurial skillset is now the most important skill we can give to our students in schools. The World Economic Forum, already predicted that 80% of the jobs in 2030 have yet to be invented and he believes following COVID19 this will be even higher, as every business in the world had to adapt quickly to the new world we operate in. The decade ahead will see a surge in start-ups, the rise of micro-business and the celebrate success of entrepreneurs in our business and in our schools. David will talk about how he feels schools can begin to prepare for this now and also offer ECIS members and their school students highly discounted places on their virtual summer courses for students known as HomeHack.
