CtP: CHANGE through Partnership: Student-led conference and programme: 15 October 2022 & March 2023

15 October @ 08:00 - 16:00 BST

- £250

CtP: CHANGE through Partnership – a student-led programme and conference, in association with International School London, designed to support your school moving from a classic model of service to one of community partnership.

15 October 2022
02 April 2023

The goal is to both foster relationships between your school and partner organizations so that communities we aim serve are valued through a two-way partnership. Furthermore, we aim to provide authentic student leadership opportunities within the CHANGE programme and through their service at your school. Our first conference will aim to accomplish these objectives. We have now formed several committees comprised of students, that will help us prepare to train students how to form and maintain service partnerships.

CtP is designed to support you and your student’s needs, throughout the school year. The anchor events are our two, single-day conferences that begin with an October conference, led by students and aimed at teaching skills needed to set up and maintain a two-way partnership. The April conference is more summative in nature, as students will have an opportunity to share their results, successes and struggles, while continuing to learn about partnerships.

Bookmarked by these two conferences in the school calendar each October and April, CtP plans to support your school year-round with peer check-ins, expert help from our network and regular support from ECIS that is aimed at supporting your own program development on campus.

Attending the conference can be done flexibly, as we will be arranging hubs around the world where some schools will host, and some schools will travel to. It is also possible for your school to attend on your own via Zoom or even through distance learning, should that be required. While many schools will meet in person together, the main program will take place through Zoom including all key sessions and student music performances.

We will ask for fees to help fund this project. For the first five students attending, conference registration begins at £450 for up to 10 students. More than 10 students will follow a similar formula.

Please complete this form to register your school. Once you have filled out the form, you will be contacted with details about the next steps.
